Fitness Evaluation
A Fitness Evaluation is an essential part of every personal fitness program. In order to monitor your progress from start to finish, it is important to know your physical condition at the very beginning. Designed around your body’s specific needs, the Fitness Evaluation will give you and your trainer a “bench mark” from which to build upon.

An individual Fitness Evaluation is available upon request. You may also sign up for one of our Personal Training packages which includes the initial Fitness Evaluation as well as ongoing evaluations during your training program. To find out if a package is right for you, a complementary consultation is available to determine your fitness needs.
How to Prepare for Your Fitness Evaluation:

Arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork

Don’t eat within 60-90 minutes before your appointment

Wear close-fitting, comfortable clothing, preferably shorts

Wear athletic footwear

Be excited, you’re on your way!
