Personal training clients have access to our private cardio area where they can enjoy their favorite music or TV show during their time on our state-of-the-art treadmill or recumbent bike. Here they can experience the benefits of aromatherapy and the supervision of any one trainer on hand to ensure they are optimizing their time effectively during the cardio session.
