Assisted Stretching
Each Pilates or weight / TRX suspension personal training session ends with a therapeutic assisted-stretching session. This gentle, non-invasive form of stretching designed to restore optimal function to joints whose normal range of motion has been compromised by shortening and/or spasm of the muscles surrounding those joints.

Each one hour private Pilates or functional strength training session is finished with 5 minutes of assisted stretch. This session can be purchased as a separate half-hour session for anyone needing more specific stretching to help with injuries, chronic pain  or for athletes and runners. Benefits include:

  • Decrease pain levels
  • Inceased flexibility
  • Less muscle soreness post exercise
