Assisted Stretching
Each personal training session ends with at least 10 minutes of assisted stretching. This special feature is a gentle, non-invasive form of stretching designed to restore optimal function to joints whose normal range of motion has been compromised by shortening and/or spasm of the muscles surrounding those joints. It is especially useful for relieving chronic neck, back, knee and shoulder pain. Stretching also moves the lactic acid buildup in muscles through the fibers, relieving the next-day soreness often felt after beginning a new exercise program and allowing for a more enjoyable overall experience. Assisted stretching is also available as a stand-alone service for a fee.
