We have an exciting radio show called “Embracing Health” that airs every Friday at noon on Brenau University’s very own WBCX 89.1 FM —- be sure to tune in as we discuss various health topics from a wholistic point of  view.  So if you have ever been curious to find out what you can do to improve your sleep, digestion, energy, weight, fitness, nutrition and overall wellness, this is one show you will not want to miss!
