Fill the bowl with water, add 5-15 drops of essential
oil, light candle and enjoy.

» Steam Inhalation
Fill a large bowl with warm water and add 1 drop of essential oil. Lean over the bowl with eyes closed and towel over the head and inhale the steam for 10 minutes.
For sinus conditions use: Cold Away or Breathe Well
» Easy Inhalation
Place 3-4 drops of essential oil on a tissue. Place the tissue under nose and inhale.
» Lamp Ring
Place ring over a 60-75 watt light bulb. Pour 5-10
drops of essential oil into glazed channel of aroma
ring and turn on the light.
» Car Diffuser
Place 4-6 drops of essential oil onto car diffuser pad.
Slide pad into diffuser and plug it into the lighter
outlet.
» Cotton Pad
Put 4 drops of relaxing essential oils on a cotton pad and tuck it under pillowcase.
» Humidifier
Add from 3-6 drops of essential oil to the water of
the humidifier. Run overnight, or add essential oils
two or three times a day, if running continuously.
» Compresses
Put 6 drops of essential oil(s) and 1 Tablespoon sea
salt In an empty bowl. Fill bowl with hot water for
cramps or cold water for swollen conditions or pain
of a "burning" nature. Soak a washcloth or towel in
the bowl and apply to indicated area. Leave on for
5-15 minutes as needed 1-2 times daily.
For digestive discomfort: Warm compresses with Clear Mind or Energy Plus
For muscle sprains: Cold compresses with Core Strength or Training Boost
» Massage with Carrier Oils and Lotions
Mix 2-3 drops of essential oil with 1 teaspoon of the
carrier oil or lotion. For deep penetration use a body
oil such as Anakiri SunFusion, Anakiri HerbalFusion,
Macadamia Oil or Jojoba Oil.
» Baths
Fill bathtub with warm water, add 6-10 drops of essential
oil to a Tablespoon of unscented shower gel
or Andean mineral salts, and add to the bathwater.

» Footbath
Place feet in hot water for 20 minutes before going
to bed. Mix a total of 10 drops essential oil with 1
teaspoon sea salt and add it to the water.

» Sitzbath
Add 4-6 drops of essential oil or oil blend to a teaspoon
of sea salt. Run a bath with warm (not hot)
water to the level of hips, add the salt/essential oil
mixture and sit for approximately 10 minutes.

» Gargles
In an empty glass, put 1/2 teaspoon sea salt and 6
drops Cold Away or Tea Tree essential oil. Add the
juice of one lemon and 1/2 cup warm water. Stir well,
gargle and spit it out. DO NOT SWALLOW. Gargle
twice daily.
» Fireplace
Put one drop of essential oil on each log before lighting
the fire. As the logs heat up, the aroma will be
released into the room.
