Our Fitness Director, Teryl Worster, is a seasoned fitness professional with recent certification from Egoscue University, a fascinating approach that emphasizes postural analysis and pain management. Teryl has also been ACE certified for almost twenty years, is a mother of three and therefore understands the needs of today's woman.
